Eggs
1 teaspoon
Vinegar
OR lemon juice
1 cup
Yogurt
1/2 cup
Oil
1/4 cup
Chopped fresh mint
1 cup
Nabulsi (cheese cut into cubes)
1 cup
Fresh oregano leaves
1 cup
Olives (pitted & chopped)
1/2 teaspoon
Dried basil
1/2 teaspoon
Paprika
2 cups
Flour
1 tablespoon
Baking powder
Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat oven to 356 degrees. Beat the eggs and the vinegar (or lemon juice) together, then mix in the yogurt.
- Mix in the cheese, oregano, olives, mint, paprika and basil, then stir in the flour & baking powder.
- Spray a pan with cooking oil and spread the batter evenly. Decorate with the olives.
- Bake for 45 minutes, then place it under a broiler to toast for just a few minutes the top until it turns golden (watch the bread and do not allow it to burn).
