Salmon Bulgogi

Ingredients
1 pound salmon fillets
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Rice wine (mirin) or white wine
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Honey
2 teaspoons Garlic (roughly minced)
Pepper to taste
Sliced green onions for garnish

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Remove any bones that are in the salmon. Cut the fillet into 3/4 to 1-inch thick pieces.
  2. Mix the soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, lemon juice, sugar, honey, garlic, and pepper together in a bowl. Once the sugar & honey dissolve, coat the fillets with the marinade and let them marinate for 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. The salmon fillets can be broiled for 3 to 4 minutes, Or baked at 450 degrees for 4 to 5 minutes, Or pan fried lightly oiled non-stick skillet for 1 or 2 minutes on each side.
