Ingredients
2.2 pounds
Chicken necks
1 medium sized
Tomato (grated)
1 medium sized
Onion (sliced)

Green chili pepper (sliced)
2 tablespoons
Ground ginger
2 tablespoons
Ground garlic
1 stem of
Curry leaves
2 sticks
Cinnamon
Cilantro (for garnish)
2 1/2 tablespoons
Kashmiri masala spice mix
Salt (to taste)
Step by Step Instructions
- Braise the onions, curry leaves, and cinnamon sticks, then once they have been lightly browned, add the grated tomato, the ginger, and the garlic.
- Add the chicken necks and the desired amount of salt. If you want there to be more gravy in the pot/pan, add 1 cup of water.
- Stir to assure the ingredients are well combined, lower the heat and let cook for 15 minutes. Serve garnished with cilantro leaves.
