Vegan Corn "Butter"

Serves: 1 1/2 cups
Vegan!

Ingredients
6 cups Corn (removed from the ear)
2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon Agar powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Garlic powder

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Put the corn and 1/2 cup of water into a blender and blend for a few minutes until the mixture is creamy.
  2. Strain the corn through a fine mesh sieve into a saucepan. Add the nutritional yeast, agar powder, salt, and garlic powder, then stir together. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Pour into a container and let sit for 10 minutes. Cover, then put into the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes to chill.
