Garlic & Herb Roasted Carrots

Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon
Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon
Oregano
1/2 teaspoon
Basil
1/2 teaspoon
Parsley
1/2 teaspoon
Thyme
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1/4 teaspoon
Pepper
1 pound
Carrots
2 tablespoons
Olive oil
Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Lightly oil a baking sheet with cooking spray. Mix the garlic powder, oregano, basil, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper together and set the mixture aside.
- Arrange the carrots in a single layer and cook for 20 minutes, then remove them from the oven and coat them in the herb mixture and olive oil. Make sure the carrots are thoroughly coated.
- Return the carrots to the oven, once again in a single layer on the baking sheet and let cook for about 15 more minutes.
