Vegan!

Ingredients
5 cups curly kale (hand shredded into bite size pieces)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon bragg's apple cider vinegar (optional)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (optional)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees... or better yet, get your dehydrator going.
  2. Mix kale, oil, salt, and vinegar in a large bowl.(some prefer to add the salt after the next step). Also tastes good with tahini rubbed in instead of the parmesan and vinegar.
  3. Massage the mixture well into the kale leaves.
  4. Place on an ungreased cookie tray in a single layer trying not to overlap kale pieces.
  5. Sprinkle with paremsan cheese (and or salt if you left it until this step).
  6. Remove from the oven and ENJOY!!!
