Dill coleslaw

Serves: 3-4
Ingredients
1 cup
Veganaise or Nayonaise
2 Tbsp
Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp
apple cidar vinegar
2 Tbsp
maple syrup or sugar
1 Tbsp
celery seed
1" bunch
chives, finely chopped
1/2 tsp
sea salt
2 Tbsp
fresh dill, finely chopped
1 head
cabbage, finely sliced
Step by Step Instructions
- Grind the celery seed aa bit in a mortar and pestle to soften seeds. Whisk first 8 ingredients together.
- Fold into shredded cabbage.
- Season with salt and pepper as needed.
